I replaced this roof 20 years ago and the only problem he ever has is with the 3 skylights which he decided not to replace at the time of the new roof. On a few occasions Mr. Murrey experienced some leaking around his skylights and I repaired them 20 years later FREE of charge to prove to him that I stand by all my work. After 20 years Virginia had one roof shingle tear in a storm so I fixed it no charge.

Now that’s called standing by your work.  Her roof still looks and works great.

I received a phone call from Mrs. Berger about a leak in her roof. I responded the next day to examine her entire roof to find it has out lived its life and had major issues. I entered into contract that day and was removing her roof two days later. We completed her roof the next day.

Soon after Mrs. Berger wanted to sell her house and buy another one. She asked me to inspect the house she wanted to buy, so I did. In my inspection I found a multiple of problems existing and recommended her not to buy it so she did not. But she did buy a beautiful house off of Blackstone Blvd. in Providence which also was in need of a new roof so I was contracted to re-roof it as well. Mrs. Berger referred me to several of her friends whom I’ve worked with alike.

Relationships like this one are proof that old school ethics like hard work and honesty really do pay off.

I replaced this entire roof and sheathing on this beautiful house 5 years ago when they first purchased the house. Recently they decided to replace the skylight they didn’t previously replace so they contracted me again. I replaced the skylight myself this summer, 2009.

Take a look at how I replaced this skylight so it would be trouble-free for years to come.

Since then I was called back to repair and clean gutters and to install a leaf relief.
