Hi, I’m Lori!
Although I have many titles and responsibilities, as all of you ladies do, some of them are vice president, co-owner, bookkeeper, project coordinator, , customer relations personal, secretary and many more for Quality Exteriors Inc.
Of all of them, I mostly enjoy the position of customer relations personal because I really enjoy meeting people and caring for their needs. I work with my husband Jim in just about every aspect of the business. I carry two cell phones with me at all times and do my best to never miss a call.
While working beside my husband for many years I’ve had the opportunity to learn a great deal about the construction industry and all aspects of it. This knowledge and experience I’ve gathered throughout the years helps me to help our customers with many decisions and questions they may have in regards to their construction needs.
I have found that many ladies, including myself, feel more comfortable working with another woman on most projects because we tend to feel each other’s needs and likes .equally enough, I find that most men appreciate my knowledge and wisdom in the industry, for it may not be their forte.
While my husband Jim is on all jobs working or supervising, I spend as much time as possible on the job sites with him learning as much as I can so I can pass that knowledge on to you.
I truly look forward to hearing from all of you and having the opportunity to work side by side with you assisting you with all your home improvement needs ,and doing my very best to make sure you get the best job possible.

Quality Exteriors, Inc. is owned by roofing and siding expert Jim Facer in Warwick, Rhode Island. Jim prefers to answer his own phone calls to hear firsthand what customers need, and he responds to them immediately.
He prefers to meet customers personally to share his experience and help decide the best course of action for a client, and he is always on-hand at the job site to ensure it’s done right the first time.
​In his spare time, he enjoys working on motorcycles. He even crafted “The Mettle Machine,” a 100th anniversary Harley Davidson bike!
Jim Facer was born in Newport, Rhode Island, and started doing roofing, siding, and related carpentry work more than 30 years ago.
Before serving Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, he conducted roofing in Midland, Texas for three years doing wood-shingle roofs, hand-split cedar shake roofs, metal roofs, fiberglass roofs, as well as asphalt, hot tar, and Spanish tile roofing.

While in Texas, he worked in some of the country’s harshest weather conditions with temperatures in excess of 110 degrees. It was there that he learned the ethics of hard work.
Jim has always believed in honesty, and it didn’t take long for him to realize that the best way to ensure a customer is treated with care is for him, the owner, to be present on every job, personally.
